Should you decide to hold your event at home Oven Door Catering has a fabulous Buffet range that’s sure to meet your individual needs.
However if you find you’re not sure where to start, just ask our advice and based on our knowledge and experience we’ll make sure the food matches the occasion.
All our food is prepared in our production kitchen and transported in our temperature controlled mobile unit at a time required.

A. What is the occasion? Describe your event? is it a formal or casual event ? have you factored extra seating / standing room for guests to allow plate food to be enjoyed ? What time of the day is the meal planned for ? is it your guests main meal of the day ?
A. You don’t, that’s our Job – we cook all food to order and deliver it hot (or cold as appropriate) in our unique temperature controlled mobile unit. For our buffet selection, we then present the food in Chaffing Units, using a hot water Bain Marie system where food is kept hot and holds it’s quality for up to 90 minutes.
A. That’s no problem, we would be happy to work with you on menu types to suit your budget.
A. Guidelines and restrictions will be adhered to in line with the “social and family gatherings” category from the national framework for living with Covid-19. Where Government guidelines allow indoor dinning, you can discuss the option of service for your event. For all bookings, Oven Door Catering will offer delivery & Set-up or collection options. As each outside catering venue differs, we will assess and discuss the requirements for your booking individually at time of enquiry.
