Terms & Conditions Oven Door Catering

Please note the following information regarding your catering enquiry:

  • All our menus are available for min. of 20 guests
  • Receiving a quotation does not guarantee a booking. We are happy to provisionally hold your preferred date, please contact us to confirm or remove your enquiry
  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit
  • Final numbers / orders must be confirmed 3 working days prior to your event
  • If you are supplied with equipment / utensils, these must be returned clean to Oven Door Catering on next working day. Arrangements can be made if this is not attainable
  • Oven Door Catering advises that left over food is not stored, frozen or re-heated. Food is the responsibility of the client after delivery

Coronavirus COVID-19   Regarding Private Catering:

Guidelines and restrictions will be adhered to in line with the “social and family gatherings” category from the national framework for living with Covid-19. 

Where Government guidelines allow indoor dinning, you can discuss the option of service for your event.

For all bookings, Oven Door Catering will offer delivery & Set-up or collection options

As each outside catering venue differs, we will assess and discuss the requirements for your booking individually at time of enquiry.
